Ordering

1. How do I place an order an order for custom magnets?

To order your personalised custom magnets visit www.envisionmagnets.com.au.  Choose your bundle type, follow the prompts to customise and finalise your order and then proceed to checkout. 

2. What photos work best for custom magnet photos

The best photos to upload re those that are taken in natural or bright light.  A simple background also works well.  For the clearest and sharpest results, select high-resolution of 300PPI.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you would like to change.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email and we will promptly respond to your request.  Please note your order cannot be modified or cancelled once it has begun processing.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order.

1. How much is shipping?

Australia:

Standard:  $8.00 (Using Australia Post)
Express Shipping $14.95
Free shipping over $70.00

NZ:

Standard:  $14.95
Free shipping over $100.00.

2. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia (including Tasmania), New Zealand.  For other countries please email us directly and we can quote you postage.

3. Can I track my package?

Yes, once your package has been shipping you will receive an text/email with shipping confirmation and your tracking number.  All tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of your package being shipped. 

 

General Questions

1. Do I need to send a physical photo?

No, you upload your photo to our website and we do the rest!  Any photo from your phone, camera or pc will work. 

2. Do I need to crop my photos?

There is no need to crop of edit your photos. 

Returns:

We do not offer returns for change of mind.  However, if your magnet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will assist you in a resolution.
